Winter
Today we had the first measurable snowfall of the season. It wasn't much, just a couple of centimeters, but it was very beautiful. Snow is pretty rare in this part of the country, so I have to take what I can get. What I miss more than the frequency of snow is the street hockey games that could actually be played on ice in the old home and the speed sledding down my driveway when we moved here.

I never did the latter, but the former was pretty good times. Oh well, tempus fugit!
I'm envious of any snow at all. We had three days of cold and wet weather, and now its 15 *C outside.
But people are still in their bubble jackets and scarves...
15 deg C ... hmm ... something like 57 deg F ... with bubble jackets. I guess it is all what you are used to. My Brazilian colleagues are the same way when they visit us in "winter".
